Eligibility

World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway is open to any legal resident of Europe or South Africa.

Only persons who are at least 18 years of age can enter. By participating in this World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final in all matters relating to the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway.

All Employees of Sponsors, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

Requirements to Participate:

•	You are a registered EVGA Europe User (registration is free through EVGA Europe website).
•	You are a legal resident of Europe or South Africa.
•	You must log in to your EVGA Europe account, agree to the terms and conditions and click submit during the promotion period.

Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Alternative Means of Entry: You may also enter the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: EVGA World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway Entries, Jacobus Spijkerdreef 386, 2132PZ Hoofddorp, Netherlands. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway Period to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway Period.

Selection of Winners / Random Drawing: The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 16 July, 2010 from among all eligible entries. Winner will be announced on 16 July, 2010 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, Sponsors may, at there discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with us or if within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Sponsor at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, Sponsors employees and affiliates. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend access to your account indefinitely pending investigation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway at any time with or without reason. Sponsor reserves the right to introduce new eligibility requirements for this Giveaway at any time without notice.

Use of Winner’s Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Sponsors and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsors, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway or their receipt or use of the prize.

No Prize Substitutions: No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, Sponsors may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.
 
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and duty associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the World Cup Extravaganza Giveaway are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
