Duration of Promotion: The EVGA Golden Ticket K|NGP|N Event ("Promotion") begins on July 25, 2017 and ends on December 18, 2017. The Grand Prize overclocking workshop ("Event") is tentatively scheduled for February 5/6, 2018. All times are in PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).

Eligibility: At the time the Promotion closes on December 18, 2017, Winners must be 21 years of age or older; must be available to travel to New Taipei City, Taiwan in February 2018 to take part in the Event; must have the legal right to travel to and from the Event; must have a valid international passport, visa, or other appropriate travel documents to enter and exit the Event host site, located in Taiwan, R.O.C. (if required); and must be in and remain in good legal standing with the Winner's own country of residence to travel from the Event site and return to the Winner's country of residence.

Employees and directors of the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. All international, federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. VOID where prohibited.

Ways to Enter: Entries are limited to one entry per person, per household for the duration of the Promotion. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, damaged, illegible, late, misdirected, or sent with insufficient postage. Moreover, Sponsor is not responsible for Internet submissions not received due to technical/transmission problems beyond its reasonable control. There are two ways to enter during the promotional period:

1. EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N original owners will receive a "Golden K|NGP|N Ticket" inside the product box, along with other accessories. This "Golden K|NGP|N Ticket" will contain instructions to visit EVGA.com, create a user profile (if customer does not have a valid account), and register the product to the customer's profile. After registration, the customer must visit the Event webpage at https://eu.evga.com/articles/01125/golden-kingpin-event/ to sign up for the Event. After signing-in to EVGA.com, customers must accept these Terms and Conditions and submit an entry, which will register the natural account holder for the Promotion. One entry per customer, per household.
2. You may also enter by mail, without making a purchase, by sending a hand-printed 3x5” piece of paper, in an envelope (no larger than a #10 business-size), or mailing a standard-size post card.    Mail entrants may enter as many times as desired, but only one entry is permitted. Mail entrants must ensure that the cost of postage is covered; EVGA will not be responsible for any entries that fail to arrive due to insufficient postage.

Prize/Odds: Six (6) Grand Prizes are available for an expenses-paid trip to EVGA's Taiwan offices, to take part in a two (2)-day extreme overclocking workshop with overclocking guru Vince "K|NGP|N" Lucido, and also a special prize.

Promotion includes:

• Round-trip coach airfare from a major airport near the winner's legal residence, via an airline chosen solely by Sponsor.
• Three (3) nights accommodations for one (1) person in a standard one (1) bedroom hotel room, at a hotel chosen solely by Sponsor.
• Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for each day of the Event.

Total Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $2,500 USD. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected on or about December 20, 2017, via a random drawing of eligible entries, by Sponsor.

Prize Conditions: The potential Grand Prize Winners (pending confirmation of eligibility) will be notified by email or USPS mail. A potential Winner must sign and return to EVGA, within ten (10) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (if U.S. Resident), or a Declaration of Compliance (if Canadian Resident), in order to claim the Winner's prize. The Affidavit sent to potential Winners residing in the U.S. will require the winner to provide the winner's social security number to EVGA, which will be used exclusively for tax reporting purposes. A potential winner from Canada, per Canadian law, will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question without any personal or mechanical device assistance, in order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, or the Prize will be forfeited.

Winners residing in other countries must return a similar declaration containing the Winner's name, physical address, phone number and email address. The document will request confirmation that the Winner is eligible to win the Grand Prize and request the Winner to confirm reading and understanding the official Promotion Terms and Conditions. This declaration will be provided to potential winners (in English).

If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted, the prize documents are returned as undeliverable, or the winner fails to sign and return the requested documents within the required time period, then the potential winner will forfeit the prize. Any or all of the above Eligibility requirements may be temporarily suspended, at Sponsor's sole discretion, to provide a reasonable amount of time for a potential Winner to satisfy all aspects of the eligibility requirements; Sponsor is under no obligation, however, to temporarily suspend the Eligibility requirements for a potential Winner nor allow the suspension to last indefinitely if the potential Winner has not satisfied the Eligibility requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award said prize to an alternate winner.

Prize will be fulfilled by filling in requested information and emailing or mailing back to the address indicated. Winners will be contacted to arrange trip details. Winners must redeem Prize by attending the scheduled Event workshop. If a Winner is unable to redeem the Grand Prize due to a scheduling conflict with the Event workshop days or other reasons outside the control of Sponsor, then the prize will be forfeited. Prize is not transferable to another individual, nor is there a cash alternative offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Airfare and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel details must be confirmed no less than thirty (30) days prior to Event workshop date. Winners must obey all local laws with regard to lodging restrictions. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winners are solely responsible for obtaining documents necessary for international travel (i.e. passports, if applicable). Travel restrictions, and other conditions and limitations may apply.

General Conditions and Limitations: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one free online entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other, similar methods will void that Participant's entries altogether, and that Participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated/robotic method of entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the “authorized subscriber” of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All federal, state, local, and provincial taxes and fees on prize offered, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. There are no substitutions of prize allowed, and no transfer of prize is permitted, except to a surviving spouse, or at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission from the Winner to the Sponsor and its agencies to use such winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, each Promotion entrant and Winners agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and each of its affiliates, parent companies, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of entrant's participation in this Promotion, and/or the receipt, use, or misuse of the travel prize awarded herein. By participating in this Promotion, entrants/Winners agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor. Entrants further agree that by participating, they may from time to time receive promotional offerings from the Sponsor. All disputes concerning this promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rule and regulations of the State of California. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the Promotion if, at its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, fraud, technical failures, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any other unanticipated causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the Promotion. In the event the Promotion is terminated prior to the stated end date, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.
