Munich, Germany - June 9, 2010 — In connection with the ongoing re-organisation and re-load of EVGA European operation there have been some rumours and comments spread from outside EVGA. We are delighted that EVGA is standing in the spot light and appreciate the attention devoted to EVGA. Accordingly, we would like to thank all our friends, customers and community member for the permanent support given to EVGA. Unfortunately, some of the rumours and comments are not accurate.In line with EVGA's strategy to provide European customers not only with high-quality EVGA products, but all EVGA benefits like premium customer service and community support EVGA GmbH is looking forward to provide these additional values to all European customers and friends in short term.The local management of EVGA GmbH was changed. Andrew Han is now personally involved in the management of EVGA GmbH in order to stress EVGA's support and commitment to EVGA European operations. Former managing director of EVGA GmbH Hans-Wolfram Tismer is no longer a member of the management of EVGA GmbH or EVGA.We can confirm that there is no lawsuit whatsoever between EVGA Corp. and EVGA GmbH. In connection with the leave of Hans-Wolfram Tismer there are still some issues to be clarified. As far as these issues are subject to discussion or pending court proceedings EVGA is not going to give any comments. However, EVGA can confirm that these are issues of minor importance and do not affect the EVGA European operation.
