Promotion valid only in Europe (EU and EEA countries, and Switzerland).

Eligibility

Only persons whom are at least 18 years of age can enter. Persons whom are not at least 18 years of age will need a parent's or guardian's permission. Minimum age of 13 years is required regardless of parental permission. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of EVGA Corporation, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

All Employees of EVGA, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this EVGA Promotion.

EVGA is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

How to Enter

Every month a new mission (quiz) and medal will be available. Once a mission becomes available, click “Begin Mission” to start your quiz.

Answer all of the questions to the best of your ability. If all questions on the quiz are answered correctly, the entrant will be entered into a random drawing for the prize listed for said month’s quiz.

If any question is answered incorrectly on the quiz, the entrant will be excluded from said month’s drawing.

Quiz can only be taken one (1) time and may not be retaken for any reason.

Monthly drawing winner will be randomly chosen out of all qualified entries and posted on the 5th of the following month (example, July 2015 quiz winner will be chosen at random and posted on 5 August).

At the end of the year, all entrants will be entered into a final grand prize drawing based on 3 prize levels.

4-5 Missions Complete – Eligible for Prize Level 2

1-3 Missions Complete – Eligible for Prize Level 3

Three (3) randomly selected prize winners will be chosen and announced no later than 10 January 2016.

Selection of Winners / Random Drawing

The potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about the 5th of each month from among all eligible entries. Winners will be announced by the 5th of each month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with us or if within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Promotion if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, EVGA employees and affiliates.

Use of Winner’s Name & Information

By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion.

Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Promotion or their receipt or use of the prize.

No Prize Substitutions

No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the Promotion are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
