Summer is here and every day from June 9th, 2011 to June 30th, 2011, EVGA is giving away one EVGA GeForce GTX 560 and five copies of Crysis 2 to our community ultimately drawing over 130 lucky winners!

Entries will be accepted starting June 3rd, 2011 and the first set of winners will be posted June 9th, 2011. If your entry does not win, it will automatically be entered into the next day’s drawing!

How to enter:

You must reside in Europe, the Middle East, India, or Africa
Build up your rig at www.ModsRigs.com and make it public
Upload at least one picture of your Rig
Submit the URL of your Mods Rigs system below and enter
Check back here between June 9th, 2011 and June 30th, 2011 to see if you have won!

EVGA Mods Rigs Community GeForce Your Rig Random Drawing Official Rules:

Entry to Drawing begins on June 1st, 2011 at 19:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) and submissions will be accepted until June 29th, 2011 at 19:00 (CEST).  Daily Drawings for Winners will start June 9th, 2011 and will be posted at or around 19:00 CEST with the final drawing taking place June 30th, 2011.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility:

-	You must be at least 16 years of age at the time of entry.
-	You are a registered EVGA User (registration is free through EVGA website).
-	You must post your system to EVGA MODS RIGS as a public system (www.modsrigs.com) with at least 1 photo of your current desktop computer.
-	You must be a resident of Europe, Middle East, India, or Africa.

*Please note this is a Random Drawing and not a contest, the entry of your system is only used as a valid form of verification.

Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of Germany.

Alternative Means of Entry: You may also enter the Drawing by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: EVGA GmbH, EVGA GeForce Your Rig Promo, Am Haag 8, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany. Postcard entries must be postmarked by June 1st and need to be received by June 29th to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Drawing Period.

All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this Drawing.

By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

Participants warrant that their Entries are original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted Entries and that they have the right to submit the Entries in the Drawing and grant all required licenses. Each Participant agrees not to submit any Entry that (1) infringes any third party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights, any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligations; or (2) otherwise violates applicable European law or the law of the Participant's country of residence.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

Submitted entries become the property of EVGA and will not be returned.

EVGA reserves the right to deny and delete any submission that is submitted for this Drawing.

Drawing and Prize Process: All qualified entries that meet the requirements will be included into the random drawing and (6) six winners will be picked daily at random. One (1) winner will be chosen for an EVGA GeForce GTX 560 prize and five (5) winners will be chosen for a Crysis 2 Game Key. Odds of winning are dependent upon number of eligible entries received at the time of the drawing. The odds will likely decrease each additional day until the end of the promotion. Winners will be selected and posted to the EVGA website on each weekday from June 9th, 2011 until June 31st, 2011 at or around 19:00 CEST. Winners selected for the Saturday and Sunday drawings will be posted the following Monday. Holidays or other events that may prevent the posting of winners for that day will result in that day’s winners being posted the following business day. All decisions are final and binding.

Prizes:

-	(22) Twenty-two Graphics Card winners will be selected and each winner will receive an EVGA GeForce GTX 560 (€179,90)
-	(110) One-hundred and ten Crysis 2 winners will be selected and each winner will receive a Crysis 2 Game Code which can be activated at http://activate.ea.com (€54,99)

EVGA reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a prize set forth above becomes unavailable. No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available.  Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to national, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All national, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Submission of an Entry in this Drawing constitutes an agreement by the Participant to the terms and conditions of these Rules. Decisions of EVGA are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Drawing. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted or does not contact EVGA by email within 15 days will forfeit his/her prize. Potential prize winner(s) and their parents/legal guardians may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserve the right to disqualify any Participant from the Drawing if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harasses any other Participants or EVGA employees and affiliates.

Use of Winner's Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, information and submitted material for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Drawing.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the Drawing prizes.

Winner is responsible for all national, state, local taxes, fees, and any applicable withholdings and reporting requirements associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorney's fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Germany, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Drawing are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.

Offer void where prohibited.

All personal data will be handled according to the Federal Data Protection Act. For all winners of a Crysis 2 Game Key the proof of age will be mandatory. If the winner is younger than the recommended age rating a parent or legal guardian authorization will be requested.
