EVGA and Razer want you to share these moments with us and we want to make sure that you continue to have these awesome in-game experiences. We’re going to give away a brand new EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN and Razer will be giving away the gaming peripherals you need! The contest will end on March 10th, 2013 and winners will be announced here on March 15th, 2013.

Winners for the TITAN Moment have been contacted directly via the email address provided to Facebook upon entering the promotion. All winners must reply back to this email from the email address given at the time of entering the promotion by March 29th, 2013 to claim their prize.

After further review, it has come to our attention that 2 of the announced winners were not original. As such, those entrants were disqualified. New winners have been chosen and posted above.

Eligibility 
Only persons who are at least 13 years of age can enter. By participating in this photo contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of EVGA Corporation, which are final in all matters relating to the photo contest.

All Employees of EVGA, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this EVGA Photo contest.

EVGA is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

How to Enter: During the Photo contest Period, visit www.facebook.com/TEAMEVGA and become a fan of EVGA’s Facebook Fanpage. Then submit an entry form online. Enter the required fields, upload your photo, and click “Submit.” Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per category, per e-mail address, and per household during the Photo contest Period via Facebook, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned a profile by Facebook. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder. The photo contest is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

JUDGING:
Winners will be announced March 15th, 2013.  Qualified judges determined by EVGA in its sole discretion will do the Judging and select the Best grand prize winner (Physx Image), Best Action Images (2 Winners) and Best Scenery Images (2 Winners). Judging will be based on originality, clarity of idea, and relevance to the category submitted for.

Prize: One Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN and one (1) Razer Bundle.  Four (4) runner-up prize winners will receive one (1) Razer Bundle.  Prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with us or if within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Photo contest if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, EVGA employees and affiliates.

Alternate form of entry : 
Email your screenshot to Facebook@evga.com for your chance to win.  The email must contain your First and Last Name, Email Address, Birthday, Country, and Category.  Remember to attach the image to your email.

Use of Winner’s Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Photo contest.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Photo contest or their receipt or use of the prize.

No Prize Substitutions: No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Photo contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Photo contest, but in no event attorney’s fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the Photo contest are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
