Special Brexit: Shipping & Logistics Updates Notice:

Due to Brexit related issues, parcels are experiencing longer than expected transit times. We suggest that end users ship via DDP terms with their logisitcs vendor of choice, UPS, DHL etc. This is suggested so that the turnaround time for your RMA avoids delays due to customs related issues.

The EVGA Shipping Guidelines are provided above as reference to begin packing your EVGA product(s) to ship back to EVGA as part of the RMA Process. This information will also be provided via email at the appropriate step during your RMA. To check on the status of your RMA, please visit https://eu.evga.com/support/openrma.asp. If you need to submit a request for an RMA, please visit https://eu.evga.com/support/rma.asp

DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS TO EVGA UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU HAVE REQUESTED AN RMA, YOUR RMA HAS BEEN APPROVED, AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCT(S) TO EVGA. EVGA WILL NOT PROCESS REPLACEMENTS OR RETURNS THAT FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ALL STEPS OF THE EVGA RMA PROCESS. ALL UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO EVGA WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED AT SENDER’S EXPENSE.
